To display this map on your phone you must have a phone with a color screen, and your phone must be WAP-enabled, so it can use mobile internet services. Each time you ask us to send a map to your mobile, you will be charged 50p, plus the fee for one SMS message (these charges will appear on your bill from your mobile network provider). You will be able to view the map multiple times (for 15 days), and you will be able to zoom the map in and out.

To receive your map, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Text Map 22952503 to 84140.
  2. A text message will be sent to you shortly. This text message will contain a link (URL/Web Address) to allow you to display the map.
  3. Phones have different ways of linking to WAP pages. Select your phone make from the list below for some helpful tips on how to display the map.



  • Open text message
  • Select Options
  • Select Use Detail or Find
  • Select Web Address or URL Address
  • Select Go To or URL Address

Please note:
  • The map you receive will be optimized for viewing on a mobile screen; it may not be the exact map that you see on Multimap, but it will cover the same area.
  • This service currently only works with mobile phones on the following UK-based mobile networks: O2; Orange; T-Mobile; and Vodafone; we plan to extend the service to other networks and other countries soon.
  • Please note that Multimap and its partners will not be able to provide refunds if you experience difficulties with this service.
