1. By using the Times Mobile Going Out Guide the user agrees to be located i.e. gives consent for the mobile operator to release the user's location data to the service provider for the provision of the service.
2. Times Mobile does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free and the user accepts that the service accuracy can vary depending on the user’s situation eg city or country location
3. The service provider has the right to suspend or terminate the service
